Hur Bluffar blocket bedragaren?

När du säljer kapitalvaror som t.ex. en bil eller varor som är dyra kommer du märka att du får sms från utlandet. Det är helt enkelt blocket bedragare som använder Skype eller andra program för att skicka till dig SMS, därför ser du inte deras telefonnummer. I sms:et står deras e-post adresser som bedragarna vill att du e-postar till.
Men hur kan det vara möjligt att genomföra bluffen?
I 99 % av fallen vill bedragaren betala för vara t.ex. bil, husvagn och andra saker av stor penning värde via Paypal. Paypal är en virtuell bank där man skapar sig ett konto och kan använda deras plattform för att flytta pengar till andra Paypal användare. Det som är ovanligt dock i Paypal att ha 100 000-tals kronor innestående där. Knappt någon har det och har man det så flyttar man oftast 90 % av beloppet direkt till sin bank. Så gör dem flesta. Så en bedragare som vill köpa en bil via Paypal bör du ta med nypa salt.
Den andra orsaken är att man kan efter att bedragaren flyttat över pengar på ditt Paypal konto stoppa utbetalning till dig p.g.a. att han har en anmärkning på köpet. Du ser pengarna men du får inte röra dem eller flytta dem till din bank innan bedragaren får sin vara.
OBS!! Detta med vilka saker som en bedragare inte får återkalla ett köp ifrån står på Paypals hemsida under kategori: Buyer Protection. Men bedragaren har andra knep. Han kommer att e-posta dig en falsk paypal kvitto på sin inbetalning till dig. Vad du ska göra är att logga in på din paypal och kolla om du har fått in några pengar. Om inte så vet du varför. Men säljer du en vara som inte ingår i paypals buyer protection program så ska du vara väldigt väldigt försiktig. När bedragaren har hämtat ut varan och transporterat den vidare till annat land har Svenska polisen ingen möjlighet att hjälpa dig. Sedan går bedragaren till Paypal och annullerar köpet och Paypal kan inget annat göra en ge bedragaren tillbaka pengarna. Tänk på att Paypal har regler som säger att en vara eller tjänst måste levereras innan betalningen kan fullständigt accepteras och kunden (bedragaren) måste vara nöjd med varan. Bedragaren påstår naturligtvis att det var fel på varan och påstår att han aldrig godkände köpet. Men varan är borta! Så här bluffar de flesta. Och de flesta säljarna vet inte ens om att ett köp kan annulleras av bedragaren. Detta är avancerat form av bedrägeri men fullständigt möjligt via Paypal. Att använda Svenska polisen (polisanmälan) till att jaga dessa blocket bedragare är onödigt. De byter namn. Kapar andras identiteter; Din identitet om du ger dem för många uppgifter om dig och sedan använder dina uppgifter att bedra andra människor. Spara polisernas arbetskapacitet istället till att bura in Pedofiler och mördare. Använd denna sida att varna andra.

Han har en mycket bra förklaring till varför han ska sälja en fin bil till ett väldigt bra pris, har kopierat en annons på bilen tidigare från Blocket och säger nu att det är han som äger och ska sälja bilen. Bilen är i England och han säger sig anlita ett seriöst transportföretag för att sköta transport av bilen och utbyte av pengar. Transportföretaget uppges heta "Hödlmayr Group" och när affären påbörjas sker all kontakt med detta företag. Allt ser mycket korrekt och proffsigt ut, allt från blanketter till villkor och policys mm. Om man googlar och söker efter Hödlmayr Group får man träff på "Hödlmayr" som finns i verkligheten och är ett seriöst företag. Bedragaren har helt enkelt använt sig av ett namn på ett seriöst företag, skapat en egen falsk hemsida i deras namn, men med en liten förändring i företagets namn, som han länkar till i sina meddelanden, och när man granskar hemsidan tillsammans med annan information om företaget på nätet luras man att tro att det är det riktiga företaget som sköter transaktionen. Det hela är mycket skickligt gjort men allt är bara bluff

I will be glad to rent it to anyone who likes to keep it clean and tidy. I can rent out the flat for unlimited time ( 1 to 5 years maybe more ) . I can also rent it for short periods (2-3 months minimum). The rent for 1 month is 4000 SEK including all utilities . You may use my furniture, or you can use your own , its the same thing for me . I have the option of sending all my furniture to storage, if you want to bring your own (no extra cost). You can move in to the apartment on the same day that you receive the keys. However i had a thought that you might feel insecure to send money to me directly since you are yet to get the keys to the apartment but also note that it will not be ideal for me to just send the keys to anyone i dont eaven know just like that without any financial guaranty been partially secured as well so i think i will suggest a solution : I mean you can still send the money by Western Union here in London but for your safety you can use either a friend name or any of your relative name (mother, father , sister ) as a receivers name so that i wont be able to receive the money until when you have receive the keys which i will send to you as soon as you give me a proof of the Western Union transfer details and i have confirm with Western Union if the transfer is made and the money is right. And after you have receive the keys see the apartment and you love it then you will go back to Western Union money transfer office to change the name of the receiver back to my name so that i will be able to receive the money when you have been able to get the keys and go into the apartment but on the other hand if you dont like the apartment which i am sure you will like you can also go back to WU and cancel the transfer and get back your money. I can also give you the chance to send the money directly to my bank account , here in U.K. , just let me know and i will e-mail you my bank account details . You can choose how to pay ( Western Union but not to me directly of course or Bank Account ) sounds reasonable right ?
